Sensation between the heart and solar plexus
I was directing a short film the other day for the first time. It is one of the exercises I am using to connect to my animus.
As I heard my dialogue read for the first time, I felt an electrical sensation between my heart chakra and solar plexus. I am used to feeling activity in 1 or the other. I am not used to feeling sensation between the two.
I, naturally, view this as a sign of connection, but I am wondering if anyone knows more about what is going on in a person when the heart and solar plexus connect. Any thoughts?

They will connect automatically under certain situations. For instance some mediums will use their heart and throat chakras together, others their throat and brow, it just depends on what your using it for (ie type of mediumship).
It is a way you can open up and get linked without opening every chakra. You would still need to open the Base and Crown but you don't always need to open the rest just the chosen few you wish to work with. It helps the person reduce the amount of energy that is needed to be used, and thus they get tired less quickly.
