My advice to you is do not reach out to him if you are in a state of fear because he will probably just reflect this back to you. He's going to reflect your state of mind and what you are thinking. So try and think things like how you know he's so happy to hear from you and he can't wait to hear from you because he thinks of you often and with fondness and love. When you feel calm and you've done this positive thinking then reach out to him, but not if you are feeling fear. Good luck.
