water and bad luck

Hi, I am hoping someone here can maybe help me or have some ideas as to what's happening. I know this may sound abit crazy but since I was about 17 I've had my own place and I've lived in 3 different house's but in every house I always have problems with anything to do with water anything that uses water breaks like eg bath,shower,boiler,washer toilet I've always thought it was a bit strange but just one of them things. Then 2years ago I moved into the house I live now and the problem has got worse in 2years I've had busted water pipes that have flooded my lounge my washing machine has broke my toilet has broke twice now,the hot water tap for my bath has broke and today my boiler has broke. I even got a new mobile phone and when it rains I can't get a signal and my battery drains in minutes I took it back to be fix I was told my phone had water damage how it has water damage I don't know I got my phone back an the same problem.My lights in my home have started to flicker,the bathroom light switch has broke the flicker just popped out one night and the lights in my kitchen have blown. I don't think this is just all a coincidence anymore but not sure what it could be.
