Yes. It has happened to me before. It's with my current RI and I've still been "in love" with him after these past 7 years or so. Although, I wouldn't call it love at first sight, I'm thinking it was more like... We locked eyes, and I immediately recognized that he was going to have a huge significance on me and that I just knew he was meant to be in my life. I even silently joked to myself "I'm going to marry him!" So, we'll see if I do ;)
Over time, the more I got to know him personally, the more I wanted to know and learn more about him. He's still the first thing I think about when I wake up in the morning everyday, and the last thing I think about when I lay down to go to sleep...

Hi ScarlettHayden,

I personally have not had the experience of love at first sight. However, I have experienced an explosion of feeling upon first eye contact. I wouldn't necessarily say it was love, but it was most definitely a feeling of recognition/familiarity/attraction (not sure which fits best, or maybe they all do).

I do believe that love at first sight is possible though, despite the fact that I have yet to experience it myself.

Do you believe in love at first sight? Why or why not?
Have you experienced it? What are your thoughts about it?

I personally have experienced it. Whilst I walking in town one day a few years ago. There was this guy a few meters away heading in the opposite direction and it was like I just zoomed in on him and bam. Love at first sight. Sort of weird really. I think maybe it's a chemical reaction thing.. or maybe a recognized soulmate. I have no idea.

What about all of you?
I do. And,have found all love is love at first sight.

I think that's probably more accurate.. I don't know.. it reminds me of you know in Twilight where they imprint on someone and as soon as you see them it's like they draw you in and you 'just know'?

Nope, haven't have love at first sight and never been in love either. At 42, I now doubt that I'll ever experience it. Lovely concept tho.
