If you hold damage/faulty mechanism in you, you‘ll find fire elements in you -rage, heat and anger. You can let all that damage burn up fully through reflection of your part in this, by staying present fully and resolving them fully. Your part is one piece to learn about you in this.

As you move through your own reconciled state, you then are able to express empathy towards the other. Understanding her loss, because you understand these things through letting go of strong reactions, that reacted to the initial loss in you.
