Hi all
when we are in Obe status when does full separation of spirt self and physical self happen?

Well....if you are having an OBE that's an out-of-body experience. You are already in the next dimension! What you do next is up to you. Or your limitations at the time. You have already stepped into your multi-dimensional self and consciously out of the physical body if you are having an OBE.
Sometimes it can take years of practice to develop that though. And sometimes things happen more quickly.

It feels I have my multi dimensional self .
It feels like my physical self keeps multi fluxuating like my multi self can't stay together .

But I have no prior practice over this I know that men in black are around me from another dimension quite often they must be helping me as I have seen et's and men in black together in same room and I have been led on table whilst in the company of these particulars.

I It feels like one of my multi self wants to leave but my physical self is suffering quite badly with the multi dimension separation it feels like I am in a state of temporal flux and I am scared because my physical self in this dimension doesn't understand what's happening to self .

I need help as i don't know how to control it multi self of Me.
my physical is beginning to wonder what is real .

The believe is that we are made up of 4 bodys . Phy, astral,energy,and higher self. In an o.b.e. the astral body leaves with the conscious.
