Pushing Objects in AP

Anyone out there have any ability to move things in the physical without the physical body and being in an astral environment? I am finding out that its importance is more than just the capability but if you've done it you'd know what I am talking about. Each time I focus on this endeavour there are certain manifestations and awarenesses that are presented. Anyone else?

No I had never tried moving an object. Although I did have a feather once which someone had given to me, and when out of body attempted to pick it up. At the moment of picking it up, there seemed to be two feathers and I became suddenly dizzy for a few seconds. But I managed to pick it up nevertheless.
I flew out with it over the orchard, and then accidentally dropped it. Tried to look for it but came back to body too soon.
When I looked on my table, the physical feather was unmoved. I never did find the astral one!

I read in William Buhlman's book, "Adventures Beyond the Body" that he practised with a pen loosely balanced on his bedside table.

I sometimes wounder if you could grab money from a bank vault. That might incur some karma tho.

No. He didn't 'unbalance' the pen/pencil. He later remarked he thought he did but possibly in a 'parallel universe'.
