I have been told that,Daisy. Also spirit are letting me know they are there,apparently,because twice I have heard 2 knocks each time in the home at 4am in the morning.

Hi bluespirit certain spirits (guides) are always with us because that is the the path they have chosen to take with you but at night obviously subconciously we all move into to the spirit realm all of us i am. I am so glad you are getting confirmation wraps or knocks but 4:00 am !!!!! im sure if you ask them to chosse a diferent time they would however some people are so attatched to the other side in sleep state that they need a little reminder to return to the body has anyone ever had a dream they are being chased God bless you...

Hi angels444 it is my observation that everybody has psychic ability everybody who walks this earth has the knowledge of who we are and where we came from, its just a case of how much an individual has chosen to remember and at the end of the day its the end result of a reading that counts wether it was at cost or free that is imaterial its is the evidence of survival that is important here God bless you...

Lumas, thanks for this. I just read your response to my message and I absolutely agree with what you had to say. I believe we all born with psychic gifts -it's up to us to use and develop them.

I have had the feeling that I am feeling spirit around me more often lately.
Last night,I felt my hair being ruffled and,itchy spots on my arms as though someone was touching me.
(don't think I've picked up anything else!!!)
Would this be the start of them letting me know they are there?
