Hi,
I don't know how your schedule is, but making time is fundamentally based on bedtime and time to get up. Yea, striking that work/life balance can be tricky. Meditate at set time daily is good, because well, it's what you "specifically like" for one thing, and it means you 'made time' for it. Set the priority, and just do it.

Yes it works well if you do it before you sleep or before you wake up and be consistent about it. Ideally you should make it short in the beginning and increase time and intensity as time goes on

I wasn't trying to suggest a time of day. Just saying, whatever time of day that might be, it is best to set aside at least 1/2 hour for meditation time if people want a routine practice, and make it a high priority, or it just won't get done. If people are seriously so busy that they can't prioritise that, they they simply have to sleep 1/2 hour less, but realistically, just using some the time that is already wasted, like 1/2 hour less TV or forum time maybe, would work for most. Basically people just have to ask themselves like, If I am not doing things I want to do that I can do, why am I not doing so?
