I saw it yesterday. LOVED IT. I usually don't watch these type of movies but one of my friends had to watch it for her cinema class, so I tagged along.

The movie was really funny &. It's got me thinking about what it was like being a slave back in the days & all the hardship they had to endure. Got me thinking about past lives...If you are going to watch this movie (& you are the sensitive type), you have to distance yourself emotionally. Remind yourself that it's just a movie.

I loved it too...I forgot...it was typical over the top funny Tarentino...
Not like the previews.

Prepare yourself for the coming astral journey of death by daily riding in the balloon of God-perception.
Through delusion you are perceiving yourself as a bundle of flesh and bones, which at best is a nest of troubles.
Meditate unceasingly, that you may quickly behold yourself as the Infinite Essence, free from every form of misery. ~Paramahansa's Guru's Guru

Me and my lad watched this on Blu-ray the other night on a Dad' And Lad's evening and we both loved it, and yes it made me think as my son had never heard a certain word repeated so much.
So I had to explain to him the ignorance of the time and how we had evolved enough to hopefully not talk and act like that anymore.

Another great Tarentino movie. I especially liked the KKK scene, even though that group didn't exist until after the Civil War.
