Some help about meditation?
iv start to practice meditation for a month or so but then i felt uncomfortable sensation when iv been aware of the breath(like i am the one how control the breath?
so i stop the practice.
but still durnig the day i feel like the breath is dominant and come to my awareness although i am not trying to be awar of the breath
and this awareness make me feel tired and give me headache although i stop the practice and still the breath come to my awareness allmost all day and that make me thos feeling
(like i cannot be not aware of the breath)

soika... You didn't say what breathing practice you were using, but if you ever want to take up meditation practice again here's a suggestion:
Bring your attention down into your lower belly and breathe like a baby... softly and naturally... while relaxing more deeply into pure awareness.

The breathing part is going to take care of itself, so why put focus on it? Yeah you can feel them, but you feel them all the time.
At the end of the day, this problem will take care of itself, but you need to continue to practice meditation in order for that to happen. There's also a life lesson to be learned here, when the going gets tough, when you can't handle it anymore, why quit? Continue to press on, it'll make you a better person in the long run.

The reasons for focusing on the breath are:
It brings attention to momentary observation.
It distracts from mental jibber jabbering.
It trains you to retain a singular focus for long periods.
It enhances the subtlty of perception.
It relaxes and calms.
