Past Life Regression- How to?

I'm curious about some methods of past life regression or how to delve deeper into regaining memories of past incarnations.

Any suggestions?

There are a number of methods . Guided self hypnosis in probly the most popular . Other methods include a candle flame , mirror or boll of water . You can also have some one regress you , or do a reading for you . You can find a guided self hypnosis videos posted on you tube .

All I have ever used has been guides self hypnosis , tapes/cds . The mirror, candle flame , and water methods are posted on different web sites and in books . D. Sutphen , W.Bulhman , B. Goldberg , and a bunch more have past life regression tapes/cds for sale . Hear is a link to what is on you tube .

I had many past life regression sessions with a gifted professional over the course of several years. I am very grateful to have had the opportunity to work with a very skilled guide. It was a life changing experience for me.

Hello

I have had success with them being done by someone. Too make sure that you search out someone that knows what they are doing and are able to support the needs the might come from the emotional doors opened. We can at times open to past lives that really shake the very foundations of whom we are in what acts we might have done. We have to remember its the past and while it was us on some levels it too was a path of learning for our Soul.

In some of mine I am not pleased that was in the life path but too know well that all things must be in experience if our souls are to find enlightenment.

Its too bad this forum does not have sticky threads , the permenent topics at the top of a page , as some forums do . I thought we could have a post on every ones fav. methods of past life regression .

Hello

We do have "Stickies" for messages. What we do not want is copy write material on SF that are lessons that do not belong to the poster. We too have no way of controlling the information that would be posted as lessons. We do not want one's trying things that might be safe for some to do and not for others to do. Too we have under 18 members on SF to be cautious about.

Most major cities will have people doing past life regression , check with some new age book stores . Some times you can find a group or a class .
