But very strangely enough
music almost resonates in side of thorax and seems 2 vibrate within me

Some call whats going on with me an syndrome i consider it bliss
here is brief back story from Wikipedia

Paris~jerusalem syndrome is when sorta close to feeling music flow through them and feel compelled sing at very high volume

Stiff-person syndrome, Celine Dion's rare neurological forced Canadian superstar singer Celine Dion to postpone her European tour, is a very rare ...

but the internal feeling of there is an 727 jet engine force in side my chest cavity Means ive got to careful where and when i vent the voice

Also strangely enough my Larynx seems to have doubled in size
the weird~er than skidish part other or point is the almost hearing
beautiful music play inside my head and can just go google it and find it and download it So far ive got close to 1100 songs down loaded to a USB Flash drive and broadcast it from and USB To FM transmitter in my car 15$ gadget ~ toy

Guess im cotton to Unchained Un chained melody song by righteous brother

but hey im an heart broken hopeless romantic from last love encounter
Like a decade ago Figure its a terminal case with me

I'm listening to Mixtape of a rapper named Myles Cleveland from Bridgeport Connecticut. He is a really good
rapper, and wish he would have became bigger.

Yeah. I think it's that it's both melodic and poignant which makes it a great song for me.
