When parts of us die inside

Is it ever possible to revive them?

A shaman might say you have lost a soul shard, and it would take a shaman to retrieve it as well. I am not one, sorry.

There is no death without birth.
I was so deeply wounded it felt like half of me had died. So convinced by this terrific pain, that I was about to completely die, I wrote "next of kin" notes with contact details and telephone numbers and stuck them in my kitchen so if anyone found my dead body they would know who to contact.
Then went into the pain of this death, because there was nowhere else to go. I had no choice. It took me down into great darkness, and I howled with the agony of it.
A little while later, a few weeks, what had started as a complete death of ("half of?)-me
became something that was suddenly born. A new way of seeing, a new way of Being. Something with a light in it to guide me.
I do feel, in my case it was because I didn't let the "death" in me go cold, harden, and become cut off from me. I pursued it, drowned in it, didn't mind what it did to me anymore, and in the darkest depths, a little light was shown to me. Seeking that light I emerged more whole than I've ever been.

But this may not be your way. I am only saying those things because there is always hope, and nothing ever dies, but everything is always transformed.

If you wish, seeing a good reputable Shaman would be a good idea perhaps, for a "Soul Retrieval". That I think is a totally different procedure than what happened to me.

When a part of us die,
why revive it?
Think of the pheonix born from it's ashes,
does it have to revive itself to be born again?

Everything has it's time to exist, to be,
and in this world to come to an end.

Yes, it's possible.

Traditionally they may be lost or many times think they are dead. Sometimes, the part is asleep and deep within so much so it appears to be dead. It really depends on what causes the part to "die" as in what would be the most effective technique to revive it.

There are many qualified ways both through self healing techniques(located via books/internet) or through the use of a guide, whatever his/her title may be. Many recommend using a guide due to the delicate nature of doing a retrieval, which can also bring up some emotions to the surface which may be trying for one to handle, it's really a case by case type of situation.

I was just talking about acceptance, closure, and renewal.

But Black Sheep is right in retrieving memories, etc.
Just look at the past life regression
I liked what Smiler's messages in regards to this topics.

Happy New Year!!
