What Are You Grateful For Today?

List everything that you are grateful for. Write out the blessings that came out of a painful or challenging situation. I find this exercise to be very therapeutic and helps me shift my focus to a positive perspective.

Today, I am grateful for having my needs met, my loving boyfriend, that I am part of this forum, for coffee, & that I am alive :)

I am grateful for my family first and foremost ...for their unconditional live and support. I am grateful to have an occupation that allows me to be my best and remain true to who I am. I am grateful to live in a state of bliss...where I can enjoy all four seasons and discover all the beauty nature has to offer.
