Smoky quartz chest pains

I bought a big double terminated elesital smoky quartz on the weekend and when I held it I started getting chest pains. The person I bought it from said it was clearing my heart chakra. It's been 3 days now and I still get chest pains from it. Is this a good thing?

I believe Elestial Quartz is quite a high vibration crystal, maybe use it less often till your more used to it and see if that helps. when I started using high frequency crystals one was a bit much and I found using it with Charoite helped till I was used to it. Chest pains is defo something to watch though! I personally would stop using it and determine if it is the crystal... If it isn't check with doc and if it is either stop using or build up to it.

As Dudewheresmycrystal said, EQ is extremely high energy and are powerful Crystal. You should give yourself more time to be adjusted. Otherwise, quite often it is uncomfortable experience. They work with deep karmic issues and can create major changes in energy flow and energy level of your system. It's possible that's the pain related to past life and something that is trapped in your energy field.
It's good to keep it around for some time, maybe few weeks or so before you start to work more intensively.
It's good to know they are all different and very beneficial.
Some people use them to remove the pain they have, very successfully.
