Hello,
Judging others is my big problem. I was raised in this way by my parents. And I am very critical person at the core - Virgo astrological sign.
But I started to work of this because judging and critize causes bad karma.
I am very often tempted to do it but I immediately start to tell myself: "everyone is doing as best, everyone has own karma issue and is fighting in this World. Monika, take care about your own life, you still have a lot of things to be done. Solve yourself. Everything is going by accurate way as it was planned".
I speak with me in such playful manner and it works! My captious thoughts start to go away and I get a cheerful mood and is smiling. Now this speaking to myself is the stable part of my life.
Once I read one clever sentence: Every person/soul DESERVES A RESPECT due its courage to incarnate in the Earth and for fighting with its karma and doing such best as possible  |

I just see them as me, (All That Is/The Source/God). But then only when I'm not splitting myself up and forgetting who I am.
