Today I am grateful for video games! I'm thankful I was inspired to pull out my old Dance Dance Revolution game. It was fun to move around and exercise! I will try to make it a daily activity.

I am grateful that I trust myself more. I am thankful that I can distinguish who is someone I want in my life and those who are toxic and only around to cause trouble and/or cause me harm due to their own issues. I am grateful to have the strength to tell those whom I wish to keep out of my dimension to "back off" and the strength to maintain my boundaries.

Yesterday:
I am grateful for getting much of my confidence back. "Do no harm, but take no ***t." Or something's similar to that concept.
Today:
Similar to yesterday's gratitude, today I'm thankful for not giving a single flying **** what others think of me. I'm gonna do what I'm gonna do and if you don't like it then that's your problem. I'm grateful to finally realize I'm not here to be someone's scapegoat, or to "be made an example of," or to be pushed around and bullied for someone's sadistic enjoyment. If you think that is why I am here or if this is how you see me, then you have no place in my dimension, and you are deinfitley not worthy of any of my precious energy.

Today I'm grateful for a little rest in a hectic week and grateful to still hear from spirit and to be able to assist others. Also grateful for the banter and laughter of friends.
