I was given this message on the first aniversary of my mothers death. I woke in the morning and couldn't settle till I'd written it down. I believe it came from mum and she told me to share it with others. Here we go then.
I imagine my soul as a single grain of sand in a beach so vast that the total grains are beyond the count of man. In my immediate area I am held and supported by other grains under and around me. I in turn helpsupport them. Over the days weeks and years changes occur The wind blows or perhaps a little crab walks by totally oblivious that his feet are disturbing my world. All around me changes take place until eventually every6thing settles and life is stable again. Changes have happened tho and my immediat neighbourss have moved or even disappeared and I am left to adapt to my new situation giving and receiving help to a whole new set of grains. Each and every grain of sand is different. Colour texture and size vary from one to the other but all rely on those around them regardless of the differences and no one grain is more important than the next Only together do they create the world that is a beach. So it is with my soul. One miniscule grain in the beach that is life.
