to me its an urge or feeling and your mind may tell you why you shouldn't do it out of fear, dose not make sense, looking bad, extra

its like follow your commandments you know when fell good in side when you do some selfless act
you know how you feel yuck inside when you brake them

as a thought pop in my head and got this funny feeling at the top of my head i new to follow that thought
my friend saw purple flashes in her vision its different for each person and even if it works for them

when that worked for me it made it a lot easier because in the beginning my mind was very much in control

The highland cow for me. I had synchronicities everywhere which was constant, until i realised the message, dont eat red meat or cows milk.
