This film is a classic,as far as I,m concerened,about life after death,the dark gloomy environment of the mother and two children,portrays ,perfectly the state that they do not relise they have passed over,they think they are still living in the house and continue to act out the daily routine,it is only with the help of the housekeeper,also dead, and a seance, they finally move on.

I really like this movie. I found it spooky but not overboard.

I really liked this film too,it had the feel of a good,old fashioned ghost story.Lots of fog,a creepy old mansion in the middle of nowhere...what more could you ask for?
