Voice whispering over my shoulder during Tarot readings

Hi guys,

Apologies if I'm in the wrong section. I have been on the spiritual journey for about 10 years now and have recently expanded my abilities to sustain a tarot/healing business which I'm very grateful for.

I have a channel where I do many readings per week.
It was recently brought to my attention by several viewers that I have a voice talking over my shoulder. I thought it was nonsense, but I put my headphones in and fast forwarded to the time stamp that they noted they heard someone say "yessss".

Indeed there is a very distinct, clear, almost robotic/older sounding voice of a woman saying "yessss" as if confirming my messages through tarot. I almost fell of my chair I was so creeped out . It sounds a bit unfriendly and unsettling to me, but I don't know how to distinguish between good and evil spirits. I haven't really had any other things going on - my question is.. should I be worried?

I meditate daily, smudge daily, protect myself and my energy. It makes me a little uncomfortable now. I don't know much about spirits but I'd like to know your opinion and/or any suggestions. I'm wondering why it is lingering here when I feel I am protecting myself.
