Oh yes. The title is magical.
Even if the poem was empty and had no lines, I would love it on the basis of the title.
It's like a piece of art that you are drawn to in a gallery. I would walk over to your title.

Witnesses to the golden orb's wavering rise,
The liquid star light piercing black,
The endless dance of measured motion.
Complete in fathoms deep meditations.
Serenade the soft companion moon,
Sonic siren jazz, vast ocean blues,
Family ballads and tribal hymns.
Giants singing in delicate chorus.
Barnacle bedecked avatars suspended,
In hulking grace between sand and sky.
The tidal surges of their collective soul,
Whisper the living secrets of the sea.
