Yet without that mask, we can't live here. The body is the easiest thing to recognize, no shame in admitting that. It's usually the first thing we see. Let me ask you this, have you ever tried reading their body? Every body tells a story, just like everything else. Just have to look closely. While your checking people out, try to notice how they move, the position of their feet while standing, all sorts of little details will tell you something. There was a book that talked about how people stand. Very briefly though, with almost no details. But in there, on of the girls used to be a ballerina. She always stood with her feet pointing out, as ballerinas do for their dancing. Sadly I can't tell you any thing more about it, but a good eye and some patience, I bet you can start seeing the connections between their body habits, and the personality buried inside. I don't know much yet myself, but I really do wanna learn more. I can tell you I've been picking up archery and I find my self nearly always standing as I would to shoot my bow.
Our bodies are important, don't feel shallow. If that is what you see so quickly, try reading it closer.

thanks AKSnowWolf for the advice. i think i understand what you are trying to get at. i don't really pay much attention to thier body langauge before so i should start to analyze how they are. the way you walk and your posture does speak volumes about the person. That Book you read seems interesting.
