Green Tea

Hi! I have recently began researching the benefits of drinking green tea. I've only been drinking it for about two weeks now and so far I am very pleased with the results. I would like to know if anyone else has tried it and if so, what would be a good brand for me to purchase? Right now, I'm just using the Lipton brand....but is there something better out there? :) Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!

I like Japanese green tea. "Choice" is an inexpensive brand I like.

Lipton is a good starter, but not the best quality. I also read reports that their tea has a higher level of chemicals/pesticides.

There are some really high quality expensive teas in the market. Depends what your budget is and what is your specific liking.

I use Yogi tea. Its non GMO and organic. Its pretty tasty, I have at least 6-7 flavors. Peach detox was highly effective when I was healing from a cold. It costs a little more than Lipton, but I still consider it on the more affordable end compared to whats out there.

I like / drink Yogi teas too, and the Peach Detox is among my favorites. We get it mostly from Swanson Vitamins, where is usually discounted.

Yeah its great. I love the dandelion and bark in it. Really soothing on the throat. Oh, and I totally dig the little inspiration fortunes it comes with.
Here in the US they sell Yogi teas at all major grocery stores including Walmart. You can usually find them next to the Liptons. Its a great price for being organic. I say, pay the extra 2-3 dollars. Worth it.

I now drink the decaf version........

But I used to drink the caffeine version.

I found a place in SE Asia that brewed the best Green Tea I have ever drank.
I would order one after another... after another.
I just loved it...... but the caffeine dehydrated me.

I drink now the caffeine version as a treat and she truly does make me feel really great.
