This isn't really an artistic painting but it did involve it so I thought I would put it in this thread. If it's not the right one for the topic feel free to move it.
I have decided to redecorate my room and I wanted to paint it lavender with the trimming being black and I also wanted a black ceiling fan.
My question is - Will painting part of my room black have a negative affect? I know certain colors are used in spiritual work but what is black exactly and would it be safe to use? I mainly want it this way because I think it will be pretty but I definitely don't want to unintentionally bring negativity into my room.
