why do I often have pre astral projections

Even though I don't want to I often find myself waking up for no reason around 1-4 and no matter how hard I try I can't go to sleep even though I'm tried then eventually I'm am to go to sleep but then I hear voices and the vibrations began to start I even hear the roaring sounds. But fortually I'm able to stop it. Why do I keep having pre astral projection are my guides and angels trying to talk to me since I asked archangel Micheal alot of questions the other night

I don't think those are signs of astral projection. They sound more like signs of sleep paralysis, hypnagogic imagery, or you being more receptive to angels during that part of the sleep cycle. Expanding your awareness does not mean you are about to relocate to a different location from your body.

If you were experiencing "pre astral projections" it would be more like a hand or foot separating from the body or you would be looking out the side or back of your head.

Those sounds are ap sensations that sometimes happens before we ap. If you do not want to ap just ignore it. I do not think it is anything to do with the angels as a lot of people get those ap sensations. Learn to live with it and do not worry about it.
