sleep paralysis

I know iv posted about this before anyway the sp had stopped but it has started again and the other night when i had it i was lying on my side and it felt like i was being pulled out my body well i am used to this so i know im not really its just sensations but i dont know how i managed to see this but i could see what looked like black mist behind me i must of saw ir out the corner of my eye just wondered if anyone knew what it could be? or maybe was a hallucination?

I've had sleep paralysis....1997 98 99. Three times, all of which had me unable to move....the only thing you can do is utter sound.

You seem perfectly awake.....but you're not.....half in and half out.

What I saw then...............changed me.

Every time I experienced this, I woke up lying on my back (the most common reported position)
And nearly always sensed something holding me down. Unable to cry out or move.
I typically "got out" by shaking my body like releasing it from mud or restraint,

Nearly always felt a dense energy-mental. presence hanging on me,till I got up and thoroughly cleared-purified my being and the room.
