Yes i've read his books and i like his teachings.Seems like i found a way to make them usable for my practise.

I think you nailed it.That's what i wanted to say,but of course there was no chance for me to present a solid post that reflects correctly my thoughts.

Also even if i was in a relaxed state,i felt that i have more energy than ever.
Seems like i tapped into a healing frequency (i'm not sure).


Anyway.

I'm still trying to understand my true nature and who i really am,cause things are not as a thoughted.

Amazing!! Can you tell me about this method of yours? I've been seeing my own mind as an separate entity for years, it's a machine that it's programmable by us, give it bad input and you will bad output. I gave it too much bad input and now it became my worst enemy so to say.

You have really achieved something amazing!! I've been trying really hard to achieve states of deep peace but it seems that I reached a point where I can't go further.

I mostly experience very high energies.

I used the same command ''connect with them''(guides) to all my bodies as well.
I experience such bliss,that i wanted to stay there forever.Everything was clean and smooth.I keep doing it everyday,until a new idea will come to use the same teqnique to connect with something else than the guides.

You think of the target first,then you choose who you'll send,and then you give the command.


For example

I'm not giving the command ''astral body i command you to connect with the guides''.
I only give the phrase ''connect with them'' knowing the target and who i send to do it for me.At the time of the command my focus is only at the one i'm sending,while the target is kept at the back of my head..
