i believe in God and Angels but i have no specific religion.
Is this ok or not ?

in the past on other sites ive been blasted abusively for having a specific religion..

When it comes to social reinforcement, I think that it really doesn't matter what your personal beliefs are. They're in your mind, and in your heart. They're yours to form and identify however you please.

It only matters what your personal beliefs lead you to do. So, if you're on a boat in the middle of the ocean during a storm, and you believe in God and Angels in such a way that you reject the efforts of the rescue helicopter and boat because God will send winged humanoid spirits with blinding white laundry to save you... then, there's going to be a schism between your beliefs and the world you live in.

Not even that is going to be right or wrong. It's up to you to choose if it is.

You'll find people who are okay with your belief even if it doesn't carry their label, and you'll find people who will give you a label and not be abusive to you for carrying it. Or you might be unlucky and never be able to find people who can accept or understand where you are. That's not your choice. But whether your own identity is right, that is your choice.

Have you been blasted for having a religion ?

I don't think religion is important, I think as long as you believe in God with your heart and soul, you will be fine. I think its more Important personally how Spiritual/Loving you are.

There is a flawed premise about this perspective in that you are searching for validation and approval of your personal views. But no one can truly tell you what to believe in, unless you specifically allow anyone that power.

The truth about this creation and one's purpose for being is something that one can only truly discover by tuning in to one's heart, as the core of one's being and connection to source.

My advice to you: do not seek another's approval about your personal view.

Just live your life being true to yourself, allowing the dreams of your heart to be nourished and blossom. Listen to what you feel within and allow it to expand. Let life be spontaneous without trying too hard. There is nothing to accomplish but your own well-being in every moment, simply because the essense of life itself is only the expression of all that feels good to you.

When you cipher through any information, do not succumb to confusion. Instead, use the guidance of your heart's inner knowing to discern which bits and pieces that resonate with you; that which feels right to you. Leave everything else behind, and all of it if nothing resonates; even this entire post, if it does not bring any points of clarity to you.

True religion is found within ones self not in a church or whatever, if you follow someone else's beliefs you will never truly experience what these beliefs point to. It can be great to be in a religion because of like minded persons, but that is as far as it should go, that is if you truly want to know your SELF.

Love is the most natural of all substances, because you are a child of it.

Believing in God and his angels I believe is the most important thing, these religions to me are like when you organize people and present them to him but that does not mean that he does not recognize you when you know him without any attachment to religions.

Believing in God and angels is the Christian religion. Your religion is just what your spiritual beliefs are.

If you are from the West, it's likely you are a Christian (one that has Christian beliefs). You can tell you have Christian beliefs if you believe in things like good and evil, God, free-will, heaven, angels, etc.

There are different types of Christians, ranging from those who don't think about it very much consciously, to those who go to church all the time. Whichever you are, I'm sure you're fine the way you are.

I think you will find a lot of people that call them selvs spiritual not religious . If you get blasted on sites for not having a religion , you are on the wrong sites .
