The simplest definition of telepathy can be stated as direct communication between minds.

There is several forms of telepathy :


The transmission of feeling , those feelings will be usually registered in the solar plexus. This kind of telepathy is very common among humans , animals and vegetables .



The transmission of emotions and images . This kind of telepathy is also common among humans. I had to do an exercise which was to note every coincidence that could indicate manifestation of telepathy in a single day I noted 6 coincidences or synchronicity phenomena as would have say the psychologist Carl Jung.



The transmission of words and phrases. This kind of telepathy is the most complex to achieve and require training.



In telepathy there is no thought transference consider this the universe is composed of the same substance. The universe is the substance[1]. This is a simple explanation of why telepathy exist and why mass telepathy exist as well. In fact a lot of telepathy occur en masse each organization, corporation , city , town, village have its unique mental atmosphere conditioned by the thought of its inhabitants . You may feel more comfortable in a particular city than your own city then may be you are more compatible with the mental atmosphere of the other city. As we are all connected together telepathy affect us all . Those influence may affect you positively or negatively it all depends on your telepathic sensitivity.



In order to achieve a level of telepathic skill the student must learn to control his feeling in a way to allows the student to let circulate the energy freely between his or her centers (the solar plexus, the heart and the crown chakras are the centers for telepathic communication) . It’s difficult to achieve mental clarity when the mind is under heavy feeling and emotions. The student must become an observer how can you sense someone else thought or feeling if you don’t even listen to your own emotions .



You have also to consider that thought are magnetic concretely like attract like. Sad people attract similar minded people. A certain discipline will be beneficial for the student.



Now you may ask , what to do with telepathy ? When you consider that telepathic communication is constant. Telepathy becomes an useful to know what peoples are thinking or feeling about you , recognize precognitive material or intuition , send positive message to you (your subconscious) and to others. At a subconscious level people are aware of what you think about them and they treat you accordingly. It’s better then to keep positive image of other people. The thing about the transmission of words and phrases requiring training is not true. No one trained me to be capable of that. The ability just got stronger for me over the past few years just by my using it.

I took some ( Edit Substance ) one time and gained telepathic abilities for the night. You get evidence by the fact that you can have a conversation with someone in your head then turn to look them in the eyes and the look you get just says "I'm on your level, keep talking".

Ever since then my experiences have just confirmed my truth that I am telepathic and I truly can communicate purely with the mind. I have had some mad experiences over this past summer which have cemented psychic abilities in my mind. I just have to look at someone and as long as their mind is open and they are listening they will receive the message in some form or another. People who I have a special connection with I can talk to as if I'm having a normal conversation :)

Telepathy can become as natural as breathing. According to my experience, I have telepathic connections with anyone I am emotionally or socially connected to. The trick is to recognize it when it is happening. No, you cannot prove that is is happening scientifically, but you can get confirmation from the other person/people in a variety of ways. The interpretation is all based on intuition-and the fun is getting the confirmation that you were correct.
It is not uncommon for me to "hear" a song that is playing in someone's head, "hear" a thought with a strong emotion behind it, and "see" what they are visualizing in their minds. If my husband is upset about something but hasn't finished resolving it in his mind, the emotions are so strong, they are very easy to "hear". By the time he comes to me with the problem, I already have the general idea of what has been bothering him, and am more prepared to suggest a solution. He walks away feeling heard and understood, and conflict resolution has already taken place. Telepathy is a catalyst to higher communication. How you use it, is all up to you.

If anything I can add to the above explanation is it's really fun once you get the hang of it. You can understand people better and therefore your heart grows bigger and your love/compassion expands. Once you really get hang of it, you can blend your personality and another person's personalities together, It will be much more easier to understand onesss also. Good luck.

Telepathy was my stronger ability until I became a medium and since then, telepathy with the living got blocked and now the spirits that connect to me pretty much tell me what is going on with other people.

I've dealt with alot of negativity and drama over the past 8 months and what I can say about telepathy for me is that it is extremely mentally, emotionally, and spiritually draining. It was part of the reason why I spiraled into depression so easily.I don't think I will ever get used to people ripping into me with telepathy though I realized lately that I do have to develop a much thicker skin so I guess in a way, thats just one of life's lessons being thrown at me and those life lessons are never fun.
If I never got that ability back again, I don't think I'd mind. I'm a lot happier and more peaceful without it and I have learned from spirits on the other side that they are drawn to peaceful people. They don't want to be around any negative emotions. Its only mildly frustrating that I'm hearing about what goes on from a spirit rather than telepathy but I'm not as drained as I was before so its still totally worth it.

But anyway, thats just me. Other people on this forum might have better ideas for how to block negative energy. I kinda suck at that.

My feeling is yes.

I believe it to be one of various gifts and I (also) believe that is runs in families (like mine) and goes hand-in-hand with the gifts of empathy and claircognizance.
