Book1 Na-I'm-a-stay......

May health and happiness assist us all,
through the holy-days of rama, mama, haha, and buddha.

(W)holy mackeral batw(oo)man, who was that masked God( ess ),
folding the planar branes of Universe,
into locally complex, pattern-integritys?

One good fold deserves another--ergo dualing cleaveges,
)(><)( evolve from splitting-- celluar creation ---of the cosmic egg.

Egg-noggin, leads to a head-loggin, and,
a rolling of our soul, a sleeping away,
the fray-of-the-day, so that we may,
harvest the hay, of these holi-days.

All is one, all is done and all has come,
together, as parts of a greater sum.

And so we hum, to remove any bumming
and respirate our soul, through drumming.

Na-I'm-a stay.

Thx, but the title maybe should have been spelled...Nah-I'm-a-stay.....which is from a Indian who is playing a blackjack and gets a 20 and the dealer asks, hit you?......

Gem--Best poem Ever!

Ha Gotta love Gems sense of humor

If we dont have a sense of humor, it isn't funny.

They Call Me Gem
R6 alias OS-jbug

perhaps a diamond in the dip
casting Rubies onto the road
pearls from the sea
silica out of quartz
cyrstaline tears
protein bells
photo-pops
pie in the sky?

or,

a sandstone humus
combing my terra-cognitive
loosening the pebbles in my brain
absorbing the fungus among-us
feasting on moonlit vegetation
bathing in the algae and bacteria
I liquify and evaporate,
towards cosmic heaven.

Got a birthday coming up this weekend and I've invited a few friends to join me on the following Tuesday evening, for the odd bite to eat and listen to the entertainmaent... The invite went something like this..........

It all took place on Sunday, before I was awake,
the passing of another day, I never thought I’d make;
t’was birthday number 80, that struggled through the door:
It said - “I’ve come to see yah - this won’t happen any more”.

Somewhat surprised I asked it, “What do I need to do”?
It kinda winked and then replied “Of course - that’s up to you;
but If you were to ask me, I think what I’d insist::
is that you’d set a tasty spread, that no one could resist”.

I thought that was a great idea, so that’s been organized,
so if you like to come along, the day has been revised;
t’will now take place on Tuesday eve - Nov 18th - to be sure:
so please pop in and have a snack - because there’s even more.

The same set entertainment, that we’ve had here before,
was rather good, so they have been invited back once more;
just sit and tap your hands and feet, accompanying the score:
or take the opportunity to dance upon the floor.

What’er you do it’s hoped that you’ll enjoy this tea-time break,
that celebrates the four score of years I didn’t think I’d make;
Come have a laugh, a chat and eat - take part in this event:
because my friends, I want it to be money - well worth spent.

Kick off starts at about 6.00pm
