Reiki & Nightmares!

Hello,

One of my friends that has just began Reiki 2 was discussing with me that she likes to give herself a short Reiki session prior to going to sleep. She told me that she has been doing this for a while and has had lots of relaxation and sleeps very well. However, she said that when she started to use the Sei He Ki symbol she would get relaxed but she started having nightmares only when she uses this symbol. She went on to say that the nightmares were related to things she had worried about.

I think my friend is pulling emotional stuff to the surface for her to deal with. Perhaps her nightmares are a way of showing her?

I tried to reassure her that everything was alright and it's just part of the healing process.

Has anyone else had an experience like this?
