This might help!
This spiritual tactic might help me in my fear of I AM. Since everything is apparently consciousness and I am terrified of I AM....then perhaps if I did some spiritual LOVE of consciousness it would ease my fear?
I can simply do some positive thinking and prayer about my love of consciousness and my existential crises might ease off. What do you reckon?
Do YOU love consciousness? I'm scared of it.

Maybe switch it to consciousness of Love. As in Gods Love filling your consciousness and conscience. In perfect Love there is no fear.

I asked you a question the other day regarding what you thought 'one self' refers too, I am no clearer to what it means to you, I am also not clear on what I AM means to you or what consciousness means to you.
In my eyes I AM cannot love consciousness, they are not two separate self aspects and it all seems to be a bit of a mess in my eyes, I think that you are confused with a lot of eastern teachings and within this confusion it's created more unnecessary fear.
For christians who love God or Jesus in such a devoted way won't be in fear of consciousness.
My advice would be to concentrate on 'you' rather than anything or anyone else, there's no point christians loving Jesus when they don't love themselves.
It's all back to front, and as the saying goes one cannot love another unless one firstly loves themselves.
So what is this supposed love for Jesus when there is no love for self?
