My theory of Time and Time Traveling

I believe that time is like a video and it is now playing. The video is probably trillions of years long, and maybe even unlimited. If time travel was possible with using things in the physical world of course, the person or persons that time travels will basically rewind the video or fast forward the video to a certain part of that video. Now the video is representing time, remember that. Now, since that person might rewind to a time in the past where he does not exist, he will not be visible to people in that current time since he was never part of that time. Now, If he does rewind (or fast forward) to a time he DOES exist, He will basically be cut out of the current position or place he was in that current time and be pasted in the place he started the time travel. Now, if he alters anything in the past, ANYTHING, it can change the future, kind of like editing the video with a professional video editor and also cutting out and creating new scenes in the video. Obviously if time travel physically in the physical world was possible, it can change the universe in both a good way and a bad way. Like, imagine a world without Hitler. Or what the world would be like if World war 1 and 2 never started. But, then imagine a world without MLK and people who did things to help the world change into a better place. I personally think time travel is a very dangerous thing and it should never be used, well at least in a way where you can alter parts of that certain time to change the universe. Well, anyway that is my theory of time and time traveling. This was all thought up by me and not stolen by anyone. Over time I may add to my theory or even change it but this is it so far.

Confusion about time travel starts with confusion about the nature of time. When you look at time from a clear perspective, it's easier to see that our notion of time is simply a construct. Time doesn't flow from one moment to the next, but our perception does. Time is actually a stationary moment of NOW, and it's events that flow and change. Because of that, the past doesn't exist except in our memories. What we call the past is simply a description of what has already happened. There is no past to travel to, and there will never be time travel to the past in this universe.

With the technology and knowledge at our current disposal, time travel may not be accessible. However, personally I'm sure it can and will be done at some point.
All things are possible.
We may not be able to change the past, but we may be able to go back and observe it. For those who have studied the great civilizations of many millennia ago, time travel was apparently accessible to certain people back then. We haven't reached their levels of technology and understanding yet.

I don't see why the effect (of being seen or cut out) should differ depending on whether or not you previously existed in that (time) frame.

Note that any changes do not propagate forward instantly. The updates travel forward at the same rate you do. Feel free to change things, but it won't change your past even if you mange to erase it.

Its all a matter of perception and will. If you can invest yourself in an expanded awareness of time then that is what you will see, it is what you intend or will. Every perception is valid however some offer more freedom.

Time began at the inception of this Universe, no? At, the "Big Shine" in which motion began.

Our world and life, this superficial and temporary reality, is in the framework of "Space/Time", and connected with Gravity. True?

So, the description of a "Construct" is accurate, or, one might also state, "Matrix".
Life, also, is more and other than, regarding, "Hyperspace"... "Infinity", and the Eternal; The greater and actual reality, and Truth.

An interesting meditiation is to dismiss the many eaons of time, from the Universe' inception, to now...
Putting it in a context for only a few minutes, instead.
Regarding, "The Big Shine"... it is ongoing, continual, and we are all a part of it.
As is everything we see, and experience.
