One of the greatest gifts we can give to someone we love is to hold loving space for them and listen when they are feeling their emotions. Sometimes one is strong when the other is needing to be held. It is an incredible gift to witness another's inner life expressed.

This is the Alchemy of the human Heart.

A life is either all Spiritual or not Spiritual at all. No man can serve two masters. Your life is served by the end you live for. You are made in the image of what you desire.
Thomas Merton

Prepare yourself for the coming astral journey of death by daily riding in the balloon of God-perception.
Through delusion you are perceiving yourself as a bundle of flesh and bones, which at best is a nest of troubles.
Meditate unceasingly, that you may quickly behold yourself as the Infinite Essence, free from every form of misery. ~Paramahansa's Guru's Guru

“Yoga is a process of rejoicing.
It is a movement through happiness.
From one state of joy, we move to another state of joy.”
