Well psychiatry and psychology are mental health issues and you would be better putting a disclaimer on the post that it is your opinion only
as for developing psychic awareness just read through the posts

Hi - 'Disclaimer' ----Native spirit means basically to say...'This is my opinion'. Or 'This is what I believe', something like that.
We say that to everybody....to be careful not to say things 'as fact'.
