Rosewater... believe it or not, you are actually in a good place, because the fear has risen to the surface to be dealt with. Try to think of the fears like bullies in the playground - they're in your face, in your daily experience... but they can never, ever get into your heart. Bullies are, at their heart, frightened beings. The fears latch onto concepts to minimise your sense of self - aliens, karma, abuse, punishment... but you do have a choice, you know. You can choose to face the fears and (to quote a well-known title) do it anyway! These things which frighten you are not spiritual at all, they are controlling illusions and when you are closest to facing them down and ridding yourself of them, they puff themselves up in the hope you don't see them for what they are - nothing. Insignificant. Small.

Take back your life one step at a time. Try flower remedies - Bach, Baileys, Australian. Don't try to diagnose yourself, ask a therapist for a mixture suitable for your present difficulties.

Write about your fears... then write about your joys, loves, hopes and dreams. Then burn the fear list and cast it to the wind.

Get your courage together and say aloud to the 'entities' (which are, after all, someone else's interpretation and opinion...) GET LOST!!! Take a hike!!! Not wanted on voyage!! And use that approach to any fear-filled thought which tries to take up your valuable energy and mind space.

Lastly... and certainly not least - seek out help for your childhood trauma. Fear feeds fear... and the fears born then are most likely at the root of your present trauma.

Take care of yourself. The Universe holds you in its hands... it will not let you fall.

Yes i feel the same. there's just so much information out there and i think some of it is all based on truth to some extent but the trick is not to get too wrapped up in too many of the details because a lot of it might be ****. i think there is just so much more out there then our human brains can wrap our minds around and that is why we feel like we're going insane. it's just kind of beyond our understanding and hard to grasp in this 3d reality which sucks because i really want to understand.

Just another piece of advice. Avoid films like Paranormal activity etc, I just watched this and it really does play on peoples fears of entities, demons etc. No wonder people get stressed out by this sort of thing and anxious about the spirit world.
I think these sorts of films are for people who only see these things as fantasy and are not believers in anyway as believers would take this too far.

As Enya had stated with regards to the remedies - the FES brand makes their own version of the Bach line called Healing Herbs (if I remember right). The nice thing about the FES line is that they have their own questionnaire which is quite helpful.

Hello I personally believe in entities. I feel their presence I hear their voices. But they are not at all what we think of them. They are so funny and cute! But if you attack them they can become really ugly. They are just playing a role.

Nothing to do with the demons we imagine, see in the movies etc.

I was attacked by one of them in my sleep. It was horrible. I said "I won't hate you" when I woke up and he tried to heal me!

These films have huge influence on our experiences. It is known that when alien films started to air on the tellie, more and more abduction stories came. The reptilian phenomena also seems to be very recent, and the series V could very well be the inspiration.

I remember the first series of V and the influence it seemed to have over people and their abduction experiences. Suddenly reptiles and greys were the abductors.

It does show how easily we can be influenced by popular media and its also empowering be aware of that if any experiences happen which seem influenced from something you were exposed to.

Well, I'm on shepherd side. I've been through perhaps similar stuff. I usually keep everything sensible practical. Everything is non-sense. Literally everything. Although there may be a truth to aliens, psychicism, entities etc etc, it is to me in the realm of Myth.

I think its a type of psychicism, and "whats more important" is a type of (alive) mystery idea/feeling... wonder/possibilities/magnetism/beauty/contentment.

Its what gets my attention, what is more important, good stuff, that gets more of my continuity of progress, especially with patience... lots and lots of patience, and plenty good to look forward to. Also, socialising/speaking fun stuff/experiences/memories can help a lot.

Thats what I work with a lot. With patience, to get the continuity of progress idea, with good stuff to look forward to, of what gets my attention, an anticipation good...

For me everything was a lot easier, before God/Satin, past lives, and mediums/psychics that can tell the future, before it all got invented, so to say. But with a mind that can all of a sudden think this that & the other, or whatever, its all about an ability to choose or decide or to be decided, and about time, about the moment, an anticipation feelings idea, about the quality or lack of quality of such anticipation/the moment, that can and does change... For me, I'm seriously affected by my work place and feelings of others, full-on, and seriously need to offer myself a change of work... With the change of environment, will bring whats closer to, a natural be your self type, me... lol...

But to turn the tide, turn the stampede, if such is relevant, takes patience...
Also, the more I find out about of others perspectives, especially like on this site, the less I feel to have a say, the more content I feel, which leaves more of my own part to be played, like a creativity/gardening or whatever...

Mmmm........

There is nothing to fear but fear itself.

I believe that sometimes we go through a 'mini reincarnation' in our Lives. We change from day-to-day, sometimes that change is quite imperceptible and others it's like someone picks up a bus and slaps us with it. It seems that the person we were last week is dead and buried and the 'new us' is trying to cope with what's going on. You always wanted to grow and evolve, you hunted down information and asked questions in the forum. Now here you are, the person you have evolved into. You look across at the wide world and see.... everything. The vista goes on for miles and there are so many things hidden away in the shadows, so many things to deal with. But you haven't taken that first step yet, your feet are rooted to the ground.

It's not all out there for you. As you look across at the horizon, imagine a Path your feet are going to take. Are your feet going to leave an imprint on every square metre of ground out there? Is every single shadow going to touch you? Are you going to go into every dark, damp cave? Yes, it looks awesomely creepy in there but you brought a few candles, right? The thing about creepy monsters is that once you drag them kicking and screaming out of their caves they're not so scary after all, they tend to shrivel up in the Light. It might not even be a creepy monster, you're going to feel a bit silly when you realise it's only your shadow, but you're only going to know that when you go into the cave.

What doesn't kill us makes us stronger, and fear is energy. Use that energy, Rose. Suck it down, turn it around and spit it back out again. Turn that fear on what you fear. Call it a test, call it a character-building exercise, call it what you will. There's a whole new world waiting for you if you choose to take the challenge and all it takes is that first baby step. Just one, then another, then walk until you run and don't look back.
