Little Girl and Shadowed Man
Hello. I am posting this because of a recurring dream I have been having for the past few weeks now. In this dream, I see a young girl in old-fashioned clothing playing alone before a man completely in shadow harms her. Any explanation would help.

The girl might be your inner child.
Man in shadows, or shadow figure, might be the unknown?
Repressed feelings?
I don't know for sure but I'm guessing your inner child is struggling with fear, despressive feelings, basic adult stuff.

do these feel like dreams, or are they more like 'visions'?
it's almost certainly related to the 'haunting' thread you've opened elsewhere;
probably the same thing showing up in another form for you.
it'd help me to get a handle on this dream if you could describe your vantage
point more clearly. were you a 'disembodied observer'? did you have a fixed
position from which you observed, or might you shift around if you'd like to?
i have some suspicions of what might be involved, but more details could
help to clear things up.

I was normally had my eyes on the girl, but would at times, change my vantage point to the shadowy figure. Likewise, I would try to warn the girl in my dreams, but she couldn't hear or see me.
