past life regression

I finally have seemed to find someone close to me that does past life regressions under hypnosis.

Is there any danger to it ?

no there is no danger to it, hypnosis will help u go deep to find out questions in your current life it will take away the fear of death its a beautiful experience to understand self and will aid u grow spiritually something u can look forward to

i've had four past life regressions. there is no danger. you are not hypnotized as you are just very relaxed. you can still hear noises around you and are aware of what is going on. you are "led" into your regression, usually questions such as look at your feet to see what kind of shoes you are wearing, what your surroundings are, ect....

the ones i have been to have lasted about 2 hours and when you are finished you can sit up and write down what you went through.

I found mine hard to tap into..sometimes its not your time to know and you have to accept that.
I wanted to go to a particular past life but ended up in a different one. Sometimes you cannot control it and have to let Spirit lead the path for you.

Hello

Just be open to trusting YOURSELF that ye are the one that holds the ultimate control over what feels right to ye.

One might try a grounding or centering before one goes as well. Remember too one's Guides or Guardians are there with one as well.

I prosponed this a little longer. I guess I'm not ready for this.

Somehow 'it' scares me.

I have a feeling I just don't know the depths of myself and that there is something back there that I shouldn't see right now.

This brings me to the next question : I always had this impression that there is something out there in the future for me to do, something important. Just don't know what. I thought that maybe the past could give me clues about what my reason for being is. Did any of you had that feeling ?

I'm with you. I want to take more risks but I was brought up to believe some pretty weird stuff and I'm just now sorting it out.

Maybe you could try meditation, and ask " what your reason for being is ? " .

I don't believe everything is connected to our past.

Oh I would love to do this .....must start looking for someone good in Sydney! how do i know if they are good though? and where to start looking?

You can do a google search to find out who the good hypnotist are. There is a list of hypnotists that have got their qualifications or are registered with the organisation. There is still no guarantee of a good hypnotist. Years ago I went to a hypnotist as I had a phobia. I went to one that had a whole list of qualifications. I thought the hypnotist was useless. She did not attempt to get me to relax. She just said a whole heap of things and that was that. If you live near Pennant Hills I can give you a good hypnotherapist. I went to this person. She was very good but it did not work for me. You have to feel relaxed with a hypnotist. If you do not then it will not work. I do not think it was the hypnotherapist fault. I think it was me.
