My mantra,
When I'm feeling frustrated or angry or when a situation starts to get to intense, I've noticed this works for me. Its real simple;
Take a deep breath in and say this either out out or in your head,
"In with the good," Then breathe out "Out with the bad."
Repeat until the intensity goes away.
Works wonders for me.
Oh and its not MINE because I made it up, its just my go to thing. YOU KNOW

As with all mantras they are only as good as you allow them to be.

Wildflower, you may also like doing the above and adding the mudra (hand position)
Where u have 2 fingers up resting on your 3rd eye, using your ring finger (so knuckle)
on one nostril, the thumb on the other....breathe in to 8 counts on the right...breathe out 8 counts on the left...
.breathe in 8 counts left....breathe out 8 counts on the right...
.breathe in 8 counts on the right....breath out 8 counts on the left...
breathe in 8 counts on the left ....and out on the right and in on the right
and out on the left....in on the left...
It's so calming it's like a drug....and can be done at a trafficlight ... on the way to
something nerve racking like a job interview or dental appoitment....
Maybe someone knows the name of this yogic technique.
Good subject and needed.

Prepare yourself for the coming astral journey of death by daily riding in the balloon of God-perception.
Through delusion you are perceiving yourself as a bundle of flesh and bones, which at best is a nest of troubles.
Meditate unceasingly, that you may quickly behold yourself as the Infinite Essence, free from every form of misery. ~Paramahansa's Guru's Guru.

My mantras are determined and loud.
If you were to eavesdrop you would think that you listening in on a Football Huddle.

Actually it's part of Chinese ChiGong healing as well... this breathing in positive energy (prana) and releasing negative energy, from chakras or areas of pain.
I use it frequently.

I find ho'oponopono helps.. just by saying I love you, Thank You and of course the breathing to let out negative energy helps too.
