Have you ever read Neville Godarrad feeling is the secret? There is an audio version on youtube it's less than an hour long. In my experience The void is used in buddhist belief to explore conciousness. I have heard others have used it for manifestation so maybe.

In my view, the inky black void is a zone between duality and singularity, as we shift from separateness to interconnectedness to oneness.

Here, sans form, our identity yet exists, as a separate self, though aligned with universal mind and with no object, so we can call it subjective awareness. Ultimately, when identity too recedes, the veil drops off, so to speak and we see our true Self, as it always was, is and will be, in a singularity, that is, living light renewing itself within itself in time and space dissolved ineffable peace.
