Could I EVP myself?

I hope this is the correct forum to post this to. But I have done quite a lot of work with EVP with varying results. Infact had some pretty good results to tell you the truth.

If EVP is the sounds of the spirit world being picked up by a microphone, and Astral Travel is the ability to go into the spirit world whilst still being alive, then it would suggest to me that it should be possible to EVP myself.

I havent actually found the ability to Astral Travel yet. However maybe someone else could try this experiment:

Set up a recording in a quiet room. Go far away from that room, so that even if you shout the loudest possible you will not be picked up at all on that recording. Meditate and begin Astral Projection. Take your astral consciousness back to that room where the recording is, and start shouting some simple words but keep repeating them.
Return to physical body. Play back the recording.

If you hear yourself then surely that would be scientific proof for EVP and the fact our consciousness can infact go outside of the body.

Or maybe ive got hold of the wrong end of the stick entirely.

The reason is theoreticaly sound. Id say you deffinately grabbed a stick, but the wrong end is up for debate. The answer lies within the results. ;) Good luck on the experiment, I hope to hear some results either way.

P.S. For anyone who does the experiment, focus on current time as well. No point in showing up in that spot 1000 years ago.

Thanks Sammy, I am still training myself to be able to astral project. So I am someway off doing this experiment myself. But for those who can, it would definately be worth a try.

If I was able to pull this experiement off and prove it. Then my life is changed forever.
