Now that you all mention it, I constantly feel a warmth in my solar plexus area when I think of him. Don't know what it means, though!

I use to feel her pulling on the sacral quite frequently but lately has subsided
heart tugs on and off in the last 3 days

It seems like I could go a week or so and not feel the pull and then the next week.......feel it at least once a day.

huh tugs!!! tell me about it  Yesterday night I couldn't sleep, felt terrible and today morning I got mail from him, he has been vomiting the whole day but didn't let me know as I will worry more, I guess he forgot, being in bad health, that we can 'sense' each other irrespective of the distance. I am so down
