Wierd and unpleasant dreams

I've recently been getting some really weird dreams, too weird to illustrate. They are very disturbing and they won't go away, they're just always there. I've tried pleasant dream spells but it just takes away the feeling and the dream is still there so I wake up still disturbed not only that I want normal dreams. It kind of feels like I'm under attack by a bad spirit or something, I don't know, whenever my energy is down is when they make their assault and even when it's up they still try to give me some kind of bad dream where they succeed because it's constantly happening and I can't have any normal dreams. I'm under constant assault. I just want my own dreams. What should I do?

Maybe you are assaulting your self in these dreams? Take an easy on your self, and your dreams will improve.

Well I know it's not me because I lit some protection incense and I had a good dream. Any kind of purification doesn't do anything, I live by myself and I go to school so I have so much to do. I think I'm under attack because I'm under heavy assault because I am more psychic now. Controlling things is much easier. When I just started studying wicca it was the same but the level of attack paralleled my level magick or psychism as it does now.

You might be asking a question where your personal beliefs get in the way of receiving the answer. Since you believe that other forces or entities can present you with dreams or effect the dreams you receive, that in and of itself might be the reason in which you're experiencing such. Always remember that you have the power. Even when your energy is lower and you feel rundown, you can stand in the light of your own power.

If you haven't already done the following, try these:

1. Before going to bed, simply intend to receive only good dreams.

2. Bless your house and sleeping space and clear it of all negative energy regularly.

3. If you continue to have them, immediately upon waking from them, replay the images in your mind and use your own power to change them.

4. You can also cast a circle of light around your bed that only those of loving intentions and loving intent may enter.

That shows this is more internal than external. Purification will not work for you because of this. This is an internal force or feeling that is attacking you. How are you feeling about yourself? How are you feeling about your current life situation? Need to make some changes?

Well I mean it's not me because of my (purification test). I feel great about myself, I'm too optimistic for my own good! I don't doubt that the incense protected me from myself but I can feel it's not coming from me. I know what attracting bad energies feels like. This really feels like something done out of mischief or because those beings take pleasure in doing that. I also have a hunch that it's other humans doing it to me.
