Some basic questions after attempting an OBE

Hi all,

For the last couple of days I have been attempting to have an OBE, and I feel as though I am not to far from it. For instance I notice that when I am deep in meditation, I sense being in 2 places at once. I begin to notice an almost intense brightness even though my eyes are shut. I am still kind of new at it but I am guessing these are probably part of the process of separation.

However I have been noticing after trying that I feel very strange for a while after. I feel somewhat disoriented, dizzy, light headed and nauseous. My body also feels very light as if I am floating somewhat. I also feel wide awake but almost dreaming at the same time throughout the day. I can't really explain it more clearly because I have just started with all this.

Is this something that I should be concerned about? Any ideas, thoughts, please let me know. Also I am not on meds or have any mental problems so I don't think that will be an issue.
