I have understand something and i feel im really close to the sollution. Earlier i was feeling energies around me, maybe i still do, but it doesnt matter. What matter is that in summer my boyfriend who i loved so much that there are no words to describe it, get angry at me (i diddnt do anything bad to him, he was a junk with a lot of anger in him) and wrote me smses and these words, it was literraly like he had an energetic sword made of these words and put it into the ćenter of my heart and really broke it into pieces. Now im again in psychiatric hospiital because i feel im in two pieces. Even when im writing this i feel this sensation in heart chakra and its good because it gives me hope that i can Connect two parts again. I dont know if this isnt an entity in this heart and i must forgive him and it will go away, but i do forgave him im simply in two pieces. I hope there isnt a possibility That my soul will be in two pieces? :(
Need to write this, i hope you ll understand :( to this moment you help me really a lot

Ok so I already know what you think about hell so I want ask what is End of the World/Apocalypse - i dont know how it should be in english, in polish its Koniec Swiata.
And about this hell - actually hthere is hell and its hell of our uncounscious. Its the shadow. Ive been there
