Sleeping but let's not forget eating. I don't think it would be needed but I would very much miss all the delicious food.

Hello,
My name is christina and I'm in to a lot of things when it comes to meta science and spirituality. I was wondering is it hard to do? I would like to do it, any advice on where I should go to learn how or what book to read.
