Àre near death experiences more realistic then astral projectios?

I have heard that this is because of all the etheric soul energy leaving the body at once. Does anyone have experience?:)

i believe so, but, keep in mind, you end up in the same place whether u project or die.when you die, its like your raised to higher frequency, you become more aware, when you project, if your vibration is not super high, things will feel dreamy.

NDEs are pretty similar to Astral Projections. The main differences are that one can voluntarily Astral Project and there generally is little trauma when Astral Projecting.
