Crystals and Stones to help...
...with dream interpretation and understanding? My sister was wondering which stones would help her with her dreams. Any suggestions?

Amethyst and rose quartz aid restful, peaceful sleep.
Howlite and Lapis Lazuli help with insight and interpretation.
I like snowflake obsidian and hematite to protect from negative energy and aid healing.
However it's worth remembering the best crystal is usually the one you are instictively drawn to at the time.
As an interesting aside, if we sleep for approx one third of each day you can tot up the total time you have spent asleep in this lifetime by taking your age and dividing by three. (I find it hard to believe I've slept away all those years!!).

It changes from one day to the next lol Moonstone , Lapis etc . Basically any crystal you are drawn to and then affirm with good intent x

love my moonstone for that as well as moldavite and there are a few others depending on what i am drawn to at the moment.
